Act of Kindness from Christina

I had just started the first chapter in Maryland of Cycling Without Age in April 2019. I would take seniors and less abled people for rides in a specially equipped trishaw. It kept them connected to community and the outdoors.

ALL chapters shut down worldwide when the pandemic hit. Seniors were/are more susceptible so we had to, even though seniors and housebound people were lonely before the pandemic.

In the meantime, during this pandemic, I have been using the trishaw for large loads and my regular bike, a recumbent trike, to deliver food from our farm to friends and neighbors in a 25 mile loop from my house.
