Act of Kindness from Sarah

The pandemic of kindness you talk about has inspired me to write more letters. It's reminded me to sit down and thank my children's teachers and to praise their school and their efforts loudly. I've written to teachers past and present, our principal and office staff, members of our school board, and my neighbors. I have been able to thank them for their tireless work and impossible yet thoughtful decisions.

And two weeks ago, I realized that I still needed to write another letter - one to you. A few kind words from you have helped me a lot on hard, sad days this year and they've helped me help others. I can't thank you enough for creating a podcast family that is thoughtful and kind and fact based and honest. I needed all of that and I am forever grateful for it. I hope that this "letter" of a few kind words will touch you, too.
