Act of Kindness from Lonnie

I am one of the co-founders of Families of the Wrongfully Convicted, a not for profit organization in Crown Heights, Brooklyn…we are a grass roots organization serving families whose loved ones have spent decades in prison innocently.

Although we had limited resources, we provided lunch to the emergency room workers at two major hospitals treating Covid patients: Brooklyn Hospital Center and Brookdale Hospital. We are also supplying food and clothes to folks in the Crown Heights community.
