In this photo I am feeding a black capped chickadee at one of my favorite places in the world, the lakefront in Chicago. Being amongst the birds, the other animals, the trees brings me such joy and I think the birds appreciate the seeds that I bring them.
I want to thank you both so much for the podcast as I’m feeling particularly sad today watching the numbers rise across America. I wish safety for everyone.
When I’m at the lakefront with the birds they remind me of the normalcy of life that we will return to. There is so much to be grateful for!
