I just registered for and received my first COVID vaccine shot. I had no idea what to expect and I certainly did not expect this as I walked out of the clinic after receiving my shot. Nurses and other healthcare workers applauding us as our waiting period ended and we walked out of the door. All of this on an early Saturday morning.
For the first time in a long while, I feel as if it is OK to exhale. I know you regularly applaud the healthcare community and the unbelievably hard work they are doing. Here is a great example of them applauding us. This made my day.
