Act of Kindness from Crispin

For an act of kindness I have been teaching friends and families movement skills over Zoom video calls to help them keep up their movement health during these times when so many of us aren't as active as we would like to be. These movement skills are based on the movement patterns we learn as babies when we are learning to walk. To re-visit them as adults can potentially help us to stay mobile and improve our movement health.
